2. 2.INFORMATII PRIVIND PROIECTUL
S.C. PLAST TECHNIK S.R.L. intentioneaza sa achizitioneze echipamentul “ Centru de prelucrare si taiere tocuri si montanti ” si ’’ Centru de prelucrare si taiere cercevea ‘’ pentru implementarea proiectului ”Extinderea hala”, finantat prin schema de ajutor de stat reglementata prin H.G. nr. 807/2014.
3. 3.PROCEDURA APLICATA
Atribuirea contractului de furnizare se va realiza conform procedurii interne a S.C. PLAST TECHNIK S.R.L.
Contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a carui oferta respecta toate cerintele solicitate prin prezenta documentatie si ofera pretul cel mai scazut.
4. 4.OBIECTUL CONTRACTULUI
Pentru a atinge obiectivele proiectului finantat, vom achizitiona urmatoarele active corporale: ” Centru de prelucrare si taiere tocuri si montanti ” si ’’ Centru de prelucrare si taiere cercevea ‘’ ce vor asigura toate conditiile pentru desfasurarea activitatii la parametrii optimi si in conditii de eficienta ridicata. Ca urmare, sunteti invitati sa depuneti oferta dumneavoastra si datele dumneavoastra de identificare pentru echipamentele solicitate. Oferta trebuie sa respecte cerintele minimale solicitate (sau echivalente) prin Documentatia de ofertare si Specificatiile Tehnice.
5. 5.VALOAREA ESTIMATA
Valoarea estimata a achizitiei este de: 9.529.628 lei (fara TVA) echivalentul a 1.934.400 Euro, la cursul BNR valabil in data de 08.08.2022 (1 Euro= 4.9264 lei). Pretul agreat este fix si nu mai poate fi ajustat.
6.DATA DE LIVRARE A ECHIPAMENTULUI
In urma atribuirii contractului se va semna un contract de furnizare care va prevedea data de livrare a echipamentelor. Echipamentele achizitionate vor fi livrate maxim 14 luni de la comanda ferma.
7.PREZENTAREA OFERTELOR
Documentatia ce trebuie avuta in vedere de potentialii ofertanti, pentru realizarea ofertei, poate fi solicitata prin e-mail florin.tataru@plasttechnik.com, sau poate fi ridicata de la punctul de lucru al solicitantului, respectiv: municipul Turda, str.Clujului, nr.71, judet Cluj. Ofertele se vor transmite prin posta/curier intr-un plic sigilat la punctul de lucru al solicitantului, sau prin depunere personala la punctul de lucru al solicitantului. Restul comunicarilor dintre potentialii ofertanti si solicitant se vor face in scris, prin email.
6. 8.TERMENUL DE DEPUNERE A OFERTELOR
Termenul limita pentru depunerea ofertelor: 19.08.2022
ora 16.00 a.m. ora Romaniei.

2.PROJECT INFORMATION
S.C. PLAST TECHNIK S.R.L. intends to purchase the equipment „Center for processing and cutting frames and mullions“ and „Center for processing and cutting sash“ for the implementation of the project „Extension of hall“, financed by the state aid scheme regulated by H.G. no. 807/2014.
3.PROCEDURE APPLIED
The aword of the supply contract will be made according to the internal procedure of SC PLAST TECHNIK S.R.L.
The contract shall be assigned to the bidder whose tender meets all the requirements in this documentation and and offers the lowest price.
4.OBJECT OF THE CONTRCAT
In order to achieve the objectives of the financed project,
we will acquire the following corporeal assets: „Center for processing and cutting frames and mullions“ and „Center for processing and cutting sash“ which will ensure all the conditions for carrying out the activity at optimal parameters and in conditions of high efficiency. As a result, you are invited to submit your offer and your identification data for the requested equipment. The offer must comply with the minimum requirements required (or equivalent) throught the Offer Documentation and Technical Specifications.
5.ESTIMATED VALUE
The estimates value of the acquisition is: 9.529.628 lei (excluding VAT), the equivalent of 1.934.400 Euro, at the NBR exchange rate valid on 08.08.2022 (1 Euro= 4.9264 lei). The agreed price is fixed and can not longer be adjusted.
6.EQUIPMENT DELIVERY DATE
Following the aword of the contract, a supply contract will be signed which will stipulate the delivery date of the equipments. The purchased equipment will be delivered a maximum of 14 months after the firm order.
7.PRESENTATION OF OFFERS
The documentation that must be taken into account by the potential bidders for the realization of the offer can be requested by e-mail florin.tataru@plasttechnik.com or it can be picked up form the point of work of the applicant, respectively: Turda municipality, str. Clujului, no. 71, Cluj Country. The offers will be sent by post/courier in a sealed envelope to the applicant's workplace, or by personal submission to the applicant's workplace. The rest of the communications between the potential bidders and the applicant will be made in writing, by email.
8.DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
The deadline for submission of tenders: 19.08.2022, 16 a.m.
